To prospective authors, please use the following formatting links when preparing your papers for initial and final submission to the SCS Conference, respectively.

Please take note of the following important points :
- There will be NO printed proceedings for the SCS 2009 conference. Conference CD-ROMs will be provided to registered participants and will be also available on IEEEXplore.
- Once your paper is accepted, at least one of the authors should register for the conference, otherwise the paper won't appear in the conference proceedings and wont be scheduled in the program. Attendance of at least one of the co-authors is very important to secure that the paper will appear in the conference CD-ROM and the IEEEXplore.
